We are seeking a talented Digital Media & Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role is vital in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies. Based at our dealership location, you will play a key part in promoting our brands and services.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Daily audit of the dealership management system (DMS) to track new arrivals.
- Ensure all new and pre-owned vehicles are photographed, videoed, and uploaded to the website within 24-48 hours.
- Capture photos and video walk-around for each vehicle.
- Write accurate and compelling vehicle descriptions highlighting key features, history, and warranties.
Service Department Support
- Respond to video quotation requests from Service Advisors or Technicians within 5 minutes.
- Edit and deliver service videos to expedite repair approvals.
- Ensure videos clearly show vehicle defects with professional audio explanations and a clean background.
Social Media Management
- Maintain a content calendar with weekly posts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments twice daily, routing inquiries to the Sales Team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent budgeting and campaign management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick is a plus.
