We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for providing exceptional service throughout the ordering process. This role supports wholesale and eCommerce customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, assisting with product selection, resolving shipping issues, and managing returns.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is considered a strong asset.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Support
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
· Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates.
· Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicle applications.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
Order Processing & eCommerce Support
· Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Monitor order status and coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding fulfillment.
· Assist customers with online accounts, orders, and payment-related inquiries.
· Support customers purchasing through various eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
· Troubleshoot order-related issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Claims
· Process of returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
· Investigate shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and delivery issues.
· Coordinate shipping carriers and internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Administrative Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
· Document customer interactions and resolutions within company systems.
· Assist with product information updates, catalog inquiries, and special projects as required.
· Perform general administrative duties in support of the customer service team.
QualificationsRequired
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous customer service experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
· Experience in the automotive aftermarket, automotive repair, or auto parts industry.
· Knowledge of automotive parts, performance products, and vehicle fitment applications.
· Experience using eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, or order management software.
· Bilingual language skills are considered an asset.
Work Schedule
· Monday to Friday
· Occasional overtime during peak periods and seasonal promotions
