Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team in the Sarnia Lambton area. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for high quality craftsmanship. Our projects range from simple fences to complex finish carpentry in residential homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of carpentry work- from framing to finish work
- Execute both interior and exterior carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution..
- Collaborate with project manager, designer, and other construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
