What you'll do doing as a Property Maintenance & Lawn Care Salesperson:
- Prepare quotes for property maintenance work & lawn care services
- Develop pricing strategies for property maintenance work & lawn care services
- Respond to emails/calls in a timely manner
- Be proactive to close sales (ex: follow up calls/emails)
- Schedule quotes for lawn care and property maintenance jobs
- Send out notifications for upcoming work
- Following up after work has been completed to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Meet with existing customers to address any concerns that they may have
- Meet with potential customers at their properties and propose solutions to their needs that will be profitable for the company
- Optimizing use of CRM software
- Scheduling jobs efficiently
- Log all customer communications with our CRM software
- Create job costing reports
- Track inventory within the software
- Use marketing automation
- Help supervise crews to ensure they are properly using our CRM software
- Field Work
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping or irrigation crews when necessary
- Assist in preparing trucks and materials
- Keep trucks and other assigned equipment in a neat and orderly fashion
- Be ready and willing to assist other crew members in all aspects of daily activities when required
- Training/Health and Safety
- Enforce job safety practices
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations
- Role during snow operation months to be determined
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in construction estimating with a strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software used to support accurate project costing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail for accurate cost estimates and risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset; however, relevant industry experience is essential.
- Knowledge of construction pricing strategies and cost control practices is highly desirable.
