We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable with technology, and thrives in a flexible work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service
- Flexible availability — including varying hours and days of the week
- Strong computer skills (email, booking systems, online tools, multitasking)
- Excellent customer service and a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Interest in growing with a small business
- Future option to work remotely once training and performance benchmarks are metWhat You’ll Do
- Assist clients with vacation packages, flights, hotels, and group travel
- Provide accurate information, quotes, and itinerary support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Maintain client files and booking details with precision
