Flexible & Rotational Scheduling Options
To support flexible work arrangements and a healthy work–life balance, scheduling options may include:
· 4 days on / 3 days off
· 3 days on / 4 days off
Additional flexibility supports may include:
· Lodging or accommodation assistance for pharmacists staying locally during rotations
· Transportation or commute assistance for pharmacists commuting daily
Scope of Practice & Clinical Opportunities
Pharmacists are encouraged and fully supported to practise to full scope, including:
· Patient counselling
· Medication reviews

· Minor ailments prescribing
