What will you be doing day-to-day?
Supporting customer requests
Troubleshooting service incidents
Managing customer IT systems
Participating in project engagements
Support our professional services teams with the transition to operate
Creating technical documentation to enable our support teams to deliver services
Act as an internal subject matter expert to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction
Help select tools and write scripts for automation and standard configuration
Test and deploy new features as Intune and Microsoft Azure roll out new capabilities
What type of experience do you need to be successful in this role?
Experience in supporting mobile & desktop devices in large enterprise environments
Completed migration of any MDM solutions to Microsoft Intune
Configured & troubleshoot deployment of device configuration policies for macOS, Windows 10, iOS, Android
Designed/Configured/Implemented/Troubleshoot Compliance policies
Designed/Configured/Implemented/Troubleshoot App Protection Policies in the environment
Implemented MAM policies in the environment without Intune management
Designed/Configured/Implemented/Troubleshoot Complex Conditional Access Policies based on the customer's business needs
Translated business requirements into technical solutions
Maintained leading knowledge of relevant Microsoft technologies and best practices
Presented at client centered workshops and seminars
Become a trusted advisor to clients on technology matters
Designed/Configured/Implemented/troubleshoot Windows 10 provisioning through Windows Autopilot using either Azure AD join or Hybrid Azure Ad join)
Completed App packaging and deployment for Intune (LOB, Win32)
Knowledge of PowerBI and Intune Data Warehouse
Does the role require travel?
The role is currently 100% working from home however some travel to our office will be required in the future.
