Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on our active construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You’ll coordinate trades, enforce safety protocols, and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Resolve on-site issues and report progress to project managers
- Maintain accurate site documentation and logs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, CSTS).
