Job Overview:
Join our team as a hardworking and professional window Cleaning / Pressure washing Technician. WashTech Property Solutions Inc. specializes in cleaning windows, gutters, and pressure washing/soft washing services for residential and commercial properties. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' properties.
Please note: this is an exterior cleaning role only. We do not perform interior or janitorial cleaning, and experience in those fields does not qualify for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing/soft washing tasks with attention to detail and quality.
- Safely operate equipment and tools necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including working on ladders and handling cleaning solutions properly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be based in Burnaby, Vancouver, or North Vancouver. Living within this area is essential for reliable daily commutes and punctual starts at our shop and on job sites.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (abstract may be requested).
- Canadian residency or a valid work permit.
- Experience working on ladders up to 35 feet high.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs safely.
- Previous experience in physical labor jobs.
