Wells / Lafarge Construction is currently hiring motivated individuals with good work ethics looking to pursue a career with our company for the 2024 ROAD CONSTRUCTION SEASON starting May.
The position that we are currently looking for is a CEMENT BULKER SPREADER.
Our job sites are located in various locations around Edmonton, which the applicant is required to have their own source of transportation. All posted positions involve road construction duties as well as operating of heavy duty equipment.
We offer COMPETITIVE WAGES with both regular time and overtime rates, in order to ensure job completion in a condensed work season.
All considered candidates will be subject to a driver's abstract review, and must pass a medical exam.

Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of road construction and ability to load, transport, maneuver on site and consistently spread Portland cement in unsuitable soft subgrades for the purpose of cement stabilizing, as per the geotechnical recommendations.
Qualifications
Education
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Class 3 with Air Endorsement, and or Class 1 for hauling cement b-train unit.
