Job Description
We are hiring a Cabinet Maker / Millworker to join our growing team. Whether
you’re an experienced craftsperson or someone new to the trade with a strong
interest in woodworking, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components
Read and follow shop drawings, plans, and measurements
Operate woodworking machinery, including and not limited to:
Industrial table saws
Sanders (belt, orbital, drum, etc.)
Drills
Planers
Routers & shapers
Other hand tools and machinery
Finishing ( Paint and stain) experience is an asset
Sand and prepare wood surfaces for finishing (painting or staining)
Ensure accurate cuts, quality craftsmanship, and safe operation at all times
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members and follow production timelines
Requirements
Entry-Level Applicants:
Strong interest in woodworking and craftsmanship
Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
Good attitude, reliability, and work ethic
Experienced Candidates:
2+ years of experience in cabinetry or millwork preferred
Skilled in using power tools and woodworking equipment
Able to work independently and read technical drawings
