Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment dedicated to enhancing clients’ natural beauty and confidence. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
- Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products aligned with clients’ needs and upselling additional services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to promote ongoing skin health
- Foster a positive client experience through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product offerings to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques
- Experience working at the front desk or handling appointment scheduling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in skincare or beauty industry is desirable but not required; training will be provided for specific services
