Fabutan Hush Lash Studio is looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Full-Time Studio Manager to join our team in Sage Hill.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience. As Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, support and lead our team, build strong client relationships, and help drive sales and membership growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Manage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals
- Create a welcoming, professional, and fun environment for clients and staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Support sales of memberships, packages, products, and services
- Monitor studio sales and performance and work toward monthly targets
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and daily priorities
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet Fabutan standards
- Ensure all services and procedures are being followed correctly and consistently
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily reporting
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, and client engagement
- Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Work closely with ownership to identify opportunities to improve studio performance
