What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first impression of our communities and play a key role in maximizing occupancy while creating an outstanding resident experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming prospective residents and conducting professional, engaging property tours.
- Building relationships with prospects and identifying their housing needs.
- Following up on leads through phone, email, and text to convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Negotiating and executing lease agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Processing applications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed and organized records using Yardi or similar property management software.
- Collaborating with Property Managers and Operations teams to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
- Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the leasing process.
- Representing UnitiiPM with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm every day.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated by achieving results while creating a positive experience for every prospective resident.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum one year of sales experience (required).
- Previous leasing, property management, or real estate experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, consultative sales approach with the ability to close leases.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology, including Yardi or other property management software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a Class 5 Driver's License.
