Ace Peak Solutions is hiring a full-time Rogers Telecommunications Sales Associate for our Ottawa, Ontario team. This is a commission-only, in-person field sales position focused on selling and enrolling residential customers in Rogers internet and wireless services.
As an Authorized Representative of Rogers, we are looking for a Rogers Telecommunications Sales Associate who will work directly with customers in the community. Your day-to-day work will involve speaking with residential customers, introducing Rogers internet and wireless services, explaining available options, answering questions, and completing new customer enrollments.
This is a sales position. You will initiate conversations with customers, present Rogers telecommunications services, explain available options, handle customer questions, and work toward individual sales and enrollment goals.
Rogers Telecommunications Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with residential customers in assigned Ottawa-area communities.
- Introduce and sell Rogers internet and wireless services.
- Explain Rogers products, service options, pricing, and available promotions accurately.
- Ask questions to understand each customer's internet and wireless needs.
- Recommend appropriate Rogers services based on the customer's needs.
- Answer questions and address concerns during the Rogers sales process.
- Complete new customer enrollments and submit Rogers orders accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers when additional information is required.
- Work toward individual sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain professional and accurate communication with customers throughout the enrollment process.
Rogers Telecommunications Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Comfortable working in a field sales environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work toward individual sales goals.
- Reliable and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, bartending, insurance, or other customer-facing experience is an asset but is not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Rogers Telecommunications Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position located in Ottawa, ON. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
- Pay: 100% commission, the average salary starting at $50,000 yearly
