Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator (Level 1 – Part-Time)

At our center, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, laughter, discovery, and meaningful connections. We see every child as unique, capable, and full of potential—and we're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Level 1) to join our infant team and help make each day special.
This is a part-time position with exciting opportunities to grow into a full-time role as our center continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and leading fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support development
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play-based learning
- Building strong partnerships with families and sharing the joys and milestones of their child’s day
- Managing daily routines, transitions, and classroom flow with confidence and care
- Collaborating with a supportive team of educators to share ideas, celebrate successes, and create meaningful learning experiences
- Adapting activities and learning opportunities to meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse learning needs
- Maintaining organized documentation of children's development and daily activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- A warm, patient, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with inclusive care or special needs is considered an asset
- Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certification
