We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across all platforms and channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing comprehensive performance marketing systems that not only drive growth for our internal products but can also be seamlessly applied and scaled across client accounts. You will work with a cross-functional team to build scalable, data-driven processes that support acquisition and ROAS goals - ensuring both internal and external campaigns are set up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy, focusing on acquisition and retention for our core products, solutions and client accounts.
- Design and implement systems that standardize performance marketing processes, enabling scalable and efficient campaign management across a wide range of platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Build frameworks for campaign optimization that can be customized for internal and client use in order to deliver consistent results.
- Lead and manage a team of growth marketers, providing mentorship and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns across all channels.
- Oversee agency relationships to ensure all contracted work is executed in line with the goals and deadlines outlined.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure that performance marketing efforts are aligned with both internal business objectives and client success KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, ensuring that insights are used to refine systems and processes for both company and client campaigns.
- Manage and allocate budgets across paid channels, ensuring the most efficient use of resources to meet acquisition and growth targets for internal and client projects.
- Test, iterate, and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall performance across platforms.
- Build and implement reporting systems to provide actionable insights, with a focus on scalability and cross-channel performance visibility.
- Oversee programmatic advertising efforts to maximize the performance and ROAS of data-driven strategies across display, video and other programmatic channels.
- Create standardized playbooks for campaign execution, testing, and optimization that can be utilized across various clients and campaigns.
- Manage necessary regulatory and compliance requirements with assistance from internal teams to ensure proper campaign launches across multiple platforms for multiple clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in building scalable marketing systems and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven experience in creating performance marketing frameworks that can be applied across both internal and client accounts.
- Expertise in managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performance marketing teams.
- Proficient in campaign management tools, reporting platforms, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and optimize for ROAS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with clients.
