Wagon Driver:
We are seeking a friendly and competent Wagon Driver to join our team starting in mid-August through to October 31st.
As a Wagon Driver, you’ll be operating a farm tractor for our wagon drive through the orchard, helping visitors, answering questions, guiding them to attractions, and keeping the energy upbeat. Your role is all about ensuring every guest has a safe, smooth, and enjoyable day at the farm.
This position is required from August 15 to October 31st.
Responsibilities
- Operate farm tractor
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Make announcements about safety protocol and procedure of riding wagon
- Monitor guest flow and ensure safety in public areas
- Assist with lineups, signage, and guest traffic on busy days
- Support team members during events or special days
Skills
- Ability to drive and operate tractor is necessary
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable being on your feet outdoors for long periods
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is an asset
- Must be available weekends and holidays during the fall season
