Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications, including Zoom, Outlook, Google Docs, Mailchimp, Excel and Microsoft Office. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage incoming communication swiftly, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Perform tasks such as document organisation and filing, processing of course registrations, and production and distribution of information, certificates, receipts, course notes and schedules.
- Utilize Google Docs to manage shared information. Post course offerings and other information on various social media platforms
- Conduct data entry with accuracy to keep records up-to-date.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed, with thorough knowledge of Excel.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings by Zoom. Prepare agenda and minutes of meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism in communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
