Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Warranty & Service Administrator to work in-person at our location just outside of Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. For the successful candidate, TBC will provide paid, on-the-job training.

8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Duties:
- Preparation and filing of warranty claims, advise on warrantability of repair
- Review and correct technician stories
- Handle phone and email inquiries directed to the Service Department
- Booking customer appointments and facilitating transfer of vehicle to outside vendors as needed
- Check-in and release of vehicles to customers
- Open work orders and update as required
- Communication of repair updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records for compliance purposes
- Organization, storage and disposal of parts removed from vehicles for warranty
- Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal record check
- Proper PPE, including steel toed boots
- Access to a reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience, including DMS (e.g. Procede, CDK)
- Previous service advisory or warranty claim filing experience
- Previous automotive or technical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: $62,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
