About Us
Gold Standard Bartending provides professional bartending services for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, holiday parties, private celebrations, and special events throughout the region.
We currently service seven banquet halls under contract, as well as private events in homes, outdoor venues, and other event spaces. No two events are the same, making every shift a new experience.
Our team operates on a shift-pickup system. At the beginning of each month, available shifts across all of our venues are posted, and team members choose the shifts that fit their availability. Whether you're looking for a few shifts each month or a busy schedule every weekend, you decide how much you work.
What You'll Do
● Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional and efficient manner
● Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere
● Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
● Set up, maintain, and clean portable and stationary bar stations
● Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with ProServe regulations
● Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the event
● Work closely with teammates and event staff to ensure smooth service
● Represent Gold Standard Bartending with professionalism at every event

Qualifications
Required:
● Valid ProServe certification
● Ability to stand for extended periods
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
● Availability to work evenings and weekends
● Reliable transportation to event venues
Preferred:
● Previous bartending experience
● Banquet, wedding, hospitality, or event service experience
● Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Event Types
You'll have the opportunity to work a variety of events, including:

● Private in-home events

Shift Information
● Banquet Hall Events: Typically 8–10 hours
● Private Events: Typically 3–8 hours
● Primarily evenings and weekends
● Flexible scheduling through monthly shift selection
