Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in various production and assembly tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced machinery and develop technical skills in manufacturing processes. The Laborer will play a vital role in supporting our operations by performing hands-on work with mechanical components, tools, and equipment.
Available shift
1. AM shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
2. PM shift: 2:25 pm – 10:55 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Fabricate, assemble, and package products according to established specifications and quality requirements.
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with product standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including material handling and inventory support.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Labourer/Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Demonstrated ability to follow technical specifications and assembly instructions accurately.
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, including cold temperatures.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
