This is a hands-on business support and execution role for someone whocan turn open-ended business questions into clear research, outreach, meeting summaries,action plans, and high-quality deliverables.You will support initiatives across market research, product launches, agency and vendorsourcing, growth, partnerships, user insights, and day-to-day business operations. The idealcandidate is highly responsive, structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable workingin a fast-moving startup environment.What You ’ll OwnGTM Execution & Strategic Operations SupportSupport the Head of Go-to-Market across product launches, growth initiatives, partnerships,operations, commercial execution, and other strategic priorities.Translate ambiguous business questions into structured work plans, trackers, reports,meeting summaries, and follow-up actions, while proactively driving projects to completion.Execute GTM initiatives including campaigns, market activation, outbound outreach, usergrowth, community initiatives, partnership development, and activities that drive productawareness and adoption.Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and channel research as needed to support GTMinitiatives, identifying emerging trends, competitive dynamics, pricing benchmarks, channelopportunities, and whitespace opportunities across consumer technology, wellness, sleep,and related industries.Source and evaluate agencies, creators, vendors, partners, suppliers, and service providersacross North America, China, and other relevant markets to support marketing, content, PR,channel, supply chain, and broader business needs.Conduct first-round outreach, collect proposals and pricing information, comparealternatives, and synthesize recommendations to support efficient decision-making.Design simple customer surveys, organize user feedback and interview findings, andtranslate key insights into actionable recommendations.Create and maintain sourcing lists, agency/vendor trackers, CRM databases, comparisontables, reports, market intelligence, business materials, presentations, and operationalresources.Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare discussion briefs, document keydecisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects, maintaining strongresponsiveness to time-sensitive requests, shifting priorities, and leadership needs.AI-Powered Execution & Business ProductivityLeverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and emerging technologies toaccelerate research, improve productivity, and enhance execution quality.Validate, refine, and transform AI-generated outputs into thoughtful business insights, high quality presentations, analytical reports, databases, and actionable recommendations.Continuously explore new AI workflows and automation opportunities to improve teamefficiency.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in GTM, operations, consulting, business operations, growth, productmarketing, market research, cross-border business, or related areas.Strong ownership, responsiveness, and ability to independently drive tasks with limitedinstruction.Excellent research, analytical, structured thinking, and written communication skills.Strong English reading, writing, and presentation skills; bilingual English and Chinese is astrong plus.High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion/Airtable or similar tools,and AI productivity tools.Ability to transform scattered information and AI-generated outputs into clear, polished,decision-ready business materials.Comfortable working remotely, communicating clearly, and following through quickly in afast-moving business environment.Strong Signal ― You Likely Fit If…You do not wait for detailed instructions before moving forward.You can take a vague question and turn it into a structured research plan, output, andrecommendation.You know how to validate and improve AI outputs rather than simply copying them.You are fast, organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple small and largepriorities at the same time.You enjoy solving unfamiliar problems and building from 0 to 1.Why This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of strategy and execution. You will work directly with the Head of GTMand help build a global consumer technology brand from 0 to 1. For the right person, this rolecan grow into a core GTM operations and business execution role over time.CompensationThis is a full-time employee role. Annual salary range: CAD 100,000‒130,000, depending onexperience and scope, with meaningful long-term growth opportunity for the right candidate.Location & Working HoursRemote role.Working hours are 9:00 AM‒6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
Pay: $4,100.00-$5,200.00 per month
