Service Manager – West Coast Nissan
West Coast Nissan, a division of the West Coast Auto Group, is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team full-time!
The successful candidate will:
- Lead, motivate and coach Service Department team members with a positive, hands-on leadership style
- Provide ongoing training, support and development to department staff
- Oversee daily Service Department operations and workflow
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and promptly address customer concerns when required
- Help drive department performance, productivity and profitability
- Build a positive, accountable and team-oriented work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees and dealership management
- Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple priorities
- Be comfortable working with dealership technology and computer systems
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service experience
- Previous leadership or management experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong coaching and team-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Self-motivated, dependable and solutions-oriented
