Job description:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our Paint Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finishing manufactured equipment to a high-quality standard, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our reputation for durability and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
- Apply primer and finish coats using spray painting equipment.
- Ensure consistent paint quality, color, and finish.
- Perform touch-ups and minor rework as required.
- Maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or automotive painting experience is preferred.
- Experience with spray painting equipment and paint preparation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
