Store Manager - Full Time - Arabella Jewelry, Carrefour Laval
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Arabella Jewelry location at Carrefour Laval. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff, schedules and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management to maintain a high-performing store environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the store team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage daily operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, and inventory control
- Monitor store performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and reporting; adjust plans accordingly
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Manage administrative tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, and record keeping
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales management
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, payroll administration, cash handling procedures, and administrative processes
- Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making and implement effective promotional campaigns
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
