Your days will include:
- Planning, implementing, maintaining, and supporting HyLife’s data warehouse and reporting/analytical tools.
- Aligning data services with current and future business requirements.
- Mentoring and developing IS Data Analysts.
- Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, and implementing secure data management procedures.
- Identifying efficient methods to organize, store, and analyze data while maintaining strict security and confidentiality measures.
- Establishing rules and procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for data-related projects.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Possessing post-secondary education in Information Services, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
- Having 7+ years in a data or report-centric technical role.
- Building, curating, and supporting data reporting sources and analytical tools extensively.
- Being proficient in SQL; experience with data visualization tools, pivot tables, statistics, data warehouse design, ETL.
- Demonstrating proven skills in report writing and data analytics, including designing charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Exhibiting strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead data design workshops with technical and business leaders.
- Communicating, presenting, and collaborating excellently.
