We are looking for both Journeyman & Apprentice Pipefitters for ongoing projects across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of various piping system components for measuring, cutting, threading, grooving and bending of pipes, valves and fittings
- Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes
- Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
- Read and interpret client and company supplied construction fabrication drawings and specifications
- Follow Boom procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Requirements
- Journeyman Ticket or registered Apprentice
- Own hand tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 5 + years related experience
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Valid Safety courses – First Aid, H2S, CSTS-09, Aerial Work Platform & Fall Arrest
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.03-$49.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
