We need web and SEO savvy unicorns to liaison between digital agencies and their clients while executing internal project management tasks.

About the role
As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact between internal agency team members and agency clients.

Responsibilities
- Be client-facing to speak to timing, deliverables and metrics -- managing internal resources and ensuring projects are staying on track with the timeline to meet the deadline
- You will be nurturing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery is flawless
- Coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client) on a daily basis
- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
- Taking ownership of your account performance, you’ll be forward-thinking in your approach.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3 years of digital marketing experience (ideally at an agency)
- 2 years of experience managing SEO and/or website development and/or design projects
- Confidence to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality
- A cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
