Job Description:
Bison Janitorial Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated, dynamic Salesperson to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and an interest in the commercial cleaning industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead follow up.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Present and promote our commercial cleaning services to potential clients.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
. Follow up on inbound leads from our website.
· Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPI’s.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Experience in commercial or office cleaning is considered an asset.
· 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
· Minimum of Grade 12 completion.
· Must have a reliable vehicle.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
. Base plus commission expectation between $75,000-$90,000 per year.
· Monthly vehicle allowance
