Overview
We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Door Knocking Representatives. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales, marketing, and business development skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage with students on campus
- Conduct short surveys and gather feedback
- Speak with 100–200 people per day
- Represent the company professionally and positively
- Work independently while staying motivated throughout the day
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Strong communication skills
- Must be confident and outgoing
- Not shy or afraid to approach strangers
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in door-to-door sales, survey work, promotions, fundraising, canvassing, customer outreach, or any role that requires approaching complete strangers and starting conversations

- Students or young individuals are preferred
- Comfortable in social environments
- Self-motivated and driven
- Sales, marketing, customer service, or canvassing experience is a strong asset
