Fortify Services is looking for a skilled CRM Integrator/Developer to improve the systems connecting our marketing, sales, dispatch and customer-service teams.
You’ll build reliable integrations, automate workflows and help us manage customer inquiries and service appointments across Ontario more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize and maintain our CRM platform
- Connect website forms, phone systems and advertising platforms to the CRM
- Build automated lead-routing, follow-up and notification workflows
- Integrate the CRM with scheduling, invoicing and reporting tools
- Develop APIs, webhooks and custom integrations
- Troubleshoot data, synchronization and system issues
- Create dashboards for sales, marketing and operational performance
- Maintain documentation, data quality, security and user permissions
What We're Looking For?
- Experience developing or integrating CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks and workflow automation
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, PHP or similar technologies
- Familiarity with databases and cloud-based business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Experience with home-service, dispatch or field-service systems is an asset
