What are the Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end demolition project delivery (planning → execution → closeout)
- Control budgets, cost forecasts, and project profitability
- Build and manage schedules, resources, and timelines
- Analyze daily production and quickly pivot when challenges arise
- Lead coordination across field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Manage contracts, change orders, and reporting cycles
- Champion health & safety excellence on every site
- Stay boots-on-the-ground with regular site visits across projects
What are the Requirements
- Experience managing construction or demolition projects
- Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling tools
- Ability to lead teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- A proactive mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
