We are seeking a well rounded, qualified individual to join our Accounts Payables team based in West Edmonton. This is a fast paced role responsible for working as part of a team to perform full cycle accounts payable. Primary Responsibilities: ·
Process a high volume of invoices, expenses and manual purchase orders through an internal system
Complete various reports using Microsoft Office
Answer inquiries from suppliers pertaining to the status of cheques and invoices
Communicate with the Purchasing department as required
Perform various administrative duties
Minimum one year of experience in full cycle Accounts Payable
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while adhering to firm deadlines
High level of attention to detail
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong mathematical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
