For over 20 years, we have been helping individuals, communities, caregivers, and healthcare professionals access the products, education, and support they need to improve quality of life and maintain independence.
Through our retail store, healthcare partnerships, community outreach, and online services, we work closely with customers across Alberta and Canada to provide practical solutions and exceptional care. About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate professional to become our Lead Ostomy, Catheter & AADL Solutions Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to combine healthcare knowledge, relationship-building, education, and problem-solving in a role that genuinely changes lives.

For many customers, these conversations take place during vulnerable and emotional times. Your ability to listen, educate, problem-solve, and provide reassurance will have a lasting impact on their confidence, independence, and quality of life.
You'll help customers find the right solutions, provide ongoing support, coordinate AADL processes, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and serve as our internal expert on ostomy, continence, and catheter products.
Whether you're currently working in the home healthcare industry, medical supplies, ostomy care, continence care, nursing, rehabilitation, or another healthcare field, we'd love to hear from you.
