OVERVIEW:
The Global ERP (Ellipse) Specialist/Advisor will report to the Global ERP Program Director and have responsibility for Centerra’s Global ERP programs, especially in the support and training areas. This is a developmental opportunity for the right candidate as part of the organization’s succession plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Coordination:
Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to assist in the utilisation of Ellipse and monitoring of issues to ensure the management of all issues and tickets raised on IT Service Desk to an acceptable level.
Work with Centerra Global ERP and ABB Global Support teams to manage all tickets raised via Remedy Force are resolved based on the agreed SLA and tracked through to completion.
Attend the periodic ABB operations call and other relevant Ellipse meeting, capture metrics and support performance to prepare Centerra Global ERP newsletter on monthly basis.
Help identify and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities for Global ERP program. Run user experience/satisfaction survey on a yearly basis.
First level of triage of Ellipse tickets raised on IT Service Desk and response to Ellipse related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in consultation with the Global ERP Program director.

Training Delivery and Administration:
Work with Global ERP team to collect, verify and standardize training materials from project and other available documentation. The first baseline is due by end of June 2019. Maintain up to date training material to the recent software version on a yearly basis.
Coordinate and schedule activities for Global ERP training for the site super users (refresher) on a quarterly basis. Correspond with internal (Centerra) and external (ABB) to confirm resources in accordance to the approved delivery budget.
Work with HR or training department of each site to prepare induction training material in relation to the Global ERP use.
Deliver induction training and other Ellipse training (in the future)

Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in IT or business management related to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Operations/Maintenance areas (mining industry/international experience would be an asset).
3-7 Years experience in ERP system or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning system (Ellipse exposure would be preferred).
Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to present to all staff levels including management.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (SQL capability would be a plus).
Flexibility and adaptability to deal with diverse cultures across varying time zones.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
