What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a positive, pressure-free buying experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and professionally
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in the dealership system
- Stay up to date on Kia products, promotions, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is an asset but not required — we provide training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
