2020 CALL FOR BOARD MEMBERS

Paris Child Care Inc. is a non-profit organization offering child care programming in various locations throughout Paris. We strive to be a leader in the provision of quality child care programs, delivered by professional and caring staff to the families of Paris and the surrounding communities.
Since PCC is a non-profit organization, it is required to have a Board of Directors to assist in governing
the overall operation.
The Board of Directors is made up of parent and community members who work together to govern the organization.
The PCC Board of Directors is currently accepting applications for a position of Director Member from interested and committed community members with one or more of the following qualities;
· Financial acumen
· Knowledge of non-profit sector, and/or
· Leadership development
The Board meets monthly, in the evenings. In addition to the Board meetings, all Board members can participate on one or more sub-committees of the Board. The average time commitment for our Board members is about 6-10 hours per month. Each Board member commits to a two-year term, during which they are to attend all Board meetings, vote on issues, sit on communities and form the governance direction of the organization.
If you are self-directed, able to attend monthly Board meetings, and are interested in giving back to your community, we would love to hear from you.
