Mountain Men Mechanics is looking for a Shop Hand to join our team in beautiful Banff!
You don’t need years of automotive experience to get started with us. If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we’re happy to teach you the rest.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in vehicles who wants to learn more about parts, repairs, and vehicle maintenance while working alongside an experienced team of mechanics.
Who we want:
We’re looking for a hard worker with a good head on their shoulders to assist in the shop, wherever needed. Absolutely no experience required, we are here to show you the ropes and teach you everything you need to know! You can expect shop maintenance, swapping tires, and assisting our Red Seal techs whenever they need it.
If you are wanting to get into the industry and have a burning desire to become a mechanic, we're open to that too. We're opening this role up to any apprentice mechanics wanting to take their career to the next level!
Passion, a good attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and being a team player is what we are after.
The following need to check out in order to be considered for this position:
-Clean driving record/background check
- Hours are 0800-1700 Monday to Friday (possibility of moving to weekends in the future, if desired) with a half hour unpaid break.
-Your start hourly rate will depend on the experience you come equipped with and is to be discussed at the time of your interview.
