Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships throughout London and Southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B salesperson with an established network of local business contacts and a track record of developing and growing accounts.
This role is primarily focused on business development, account management, and helping customers find the right branding solutions for their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
- Meet with prospective and current clients throughout London and Southwestern Ontario to understand their needs and recommend tailored branding solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate projects with the Louie's production and customer service teams.
- Represent Louie's professionally at networking events, trade shows, and within the local business community.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Consistently work toward achieving sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B account sales or business development.
- Strong network of business contacts within London and Southwestern Ontario is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the sales territory.
- Experience in promotional products, printing, signage, apparel decoration, marketing, or related industries is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year.
- 2% commission on new business sales.
- 1% commission on existing business sales.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
