Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support during their visit to our perfume making workshop. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and creating personalized fragrances, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and passion for customer satisfaction will contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the workshop, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting fragrances and guiding them through the perfume making process (training is providied).
- Listen attentively to customer needs, preferences, and questions, and provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Assist customers in creating their personalized fragrances by offering guidance on scent combinations and perfume-making techniques (training is providied).
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring supplies and materials are readily available for customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of our perfume offerings, workshop procedures, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge or interest in perfumery and fragrance is desirable but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
