ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Carpentry and finishing work including framing, trim, doors, stairs, and hardware
-General building maintenance and repairs
-Daily troubleshooting and problem-solving across properties
-Safe operation of tools, equipment, and job site materials
-Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and professional
-Supporting overall site safety and quality standards
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous trades experience or training, especially carpentry
-General construction knowledge and hands-on experience
-Comfortable using power tools and equipment
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
