The Kids Shoppe has proudly served Windsor families for over 11 years, offering quality children's, maternity, and women's resale clothing in a welcoming, organized shopping environment.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable team member who loves working with people, has an eye for fashion, and enjoys creating engaging social media content. If you're creative, reliable, and looking for a long-term part-time position, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Purchase gently used children's, maternity, and women's clothing, as well ass toys, books and baby gear from customers
- Learn to evaluate items for quality, style, and resale value.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, stories for Facebook and Instagram
- Merchandise new arrivals and keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist customers with product selection and complete sales transactions.
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is dependable with a strong attendance record
- Is available to work weekends and afternoon/evening shifts
- Enjoys social media and is comfortable creating content and appearing on camera when needed.
- Has an interest in fashion, merchandising, or retail.
- Is eager to learn and comfortable making buying decisions while following company guidelines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and pays attention to detail.
