This is a 22-Month Contract position.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, and/or employee incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and ongoing success of retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts.

- Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, banquet, hotel, conferencing, or branded retail food service environment.
- Strong experience dealing with labour relations issues.
- Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs on a weekly basis.
- Strong catering experience, including demonstrated experience hosting large events.
- Experience working with branded concepts or the hospitality industry
- Strong management and organizational skills, capable of motivating, leading and developing associates.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional client relations and guest service skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
