Parking Lobby Customer Service Attendant (CSR) - Eastern Health
Concord Parking is looking for an experienced, proactive and friendly Customer Service Attendant at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital
Reporting to the supervisors, the Parking Lobby Customer Service Attendant (CSR) is a customer-facing position. The CSR is to remain visible and proactively engaged with Patients and Visitors, providing an enhanced visitor experience by greeting arrivals, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, and providing support with the payment process at automated pay stations.
Role Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to assist with any Parking related inquiries

Providing clear and friendly instructions for Patients and Visitors.

Remain approachable, alert, and observant in identifying any visitor who may need assistance and proactively offering help.

Support the Parking Team as needed.

Maintain a safe environment, report suspicious activities and assist with patient and visitor inquiries.

Ensure smooth operations and communicate any significant incidents or issues to supervisors and managers.

Ensure personal and public safety is always a top priority while performing duties.

Report and mark any slip or trip hazards in the lobby area.

Always maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.

Minor equipment maintenance and upkeep

Other duties, as required, that are broadly in line with the listed responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

Grade 12 education or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Ability to stand/walk for long hours

Some knowledge of the industry and general knowledge of parking operations

Demonstrable ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and pressurized environment

Proficient in the English language both written and verbal is necessary; proficiency in another language is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal ‘soft’ skills
Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm (40 hours per week)
Starting Wage: $16.60 per hour
