The Positions Available
Depending on your experience level, your role will focus on one of the following pathways:
1. Residential Sales Representative (Junior / Entry-Level)
Perfect for a high-energy Closer who thrives on face-to-face interaction and relationship building.
- Hot Leads: Attend pre-scheduled appointments at the homes of qualified clients who have contacted our office, requested quotes via our website, or reached out through word-of-mouth.
- Warm Leads: Conduct targeted community outreach (door-to-door) to expand active project footprints in high-demand neighborhoods where we are already establishing a strong presence.
2. Commercial Project Estimator (Experienced / Senior Level)
For seasoned professionals with a proven track record in the construction or building materials sector.
- Review construction blueprints, architectural drawings, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed, competitive bids and estimates for large-scale commercial, industrial, and municipal fencing contracts.
- Manage long-term B2B relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site property measurements and consult with clients to recommend the best premium fencing solutions.
- Provide accurate, timely price estimates and close sales contracts.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, answering client calls and inquiries as needed outside of standard hours to secure the deal.
- Follow up diligently on all leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the operations and administrative teams to ensure seamless handoffs for installation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous sales or customer-facing experience is highly preferred (construction, building materials, or home improvement experience is a major asset).
- Vehicle: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for daily travel to job sites and client meetings.
- Mindset: A resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude. You view "no" as a stepping stone to a "yes."
- Availability: Flexible schedule to accommodate standard hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) plus on-call availability and occasional weekend site visits to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with homeowners and corporate clients alike.
