Who You Are:
We are looking for Journeyman Pipefitters to join our team. The site is located approximately 1 hour north of Bonnyville, AB, with camp accommodations provided.
The shift is 11 hours per day, with overtime paid after 8 hours and on weekends (all day Saturday and Sunday). The rotation is based on a 10 days on 4 days off schedule, with flexibility for longer rotations upon request and supervisor approval. The company will also pay 4 hours of travel time each way per rotation.
This specific project/PAD is scheduled to run from October to December 2026, with Alstar expected to continue the Well Pad Program into 2027 and 2028.

What we’re looking for from you – If this describes you, we’d love to meet!
- Valid Apprenticeship Ticket
- WHMIS 2015, CSO, (Intermediate (Standard) First Aid, HS2 Alive and Fall Protection
- Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Oil and gas experience preferred, not required, comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel away from home for extended periods of time
Where our projects are located:
- Our projects happen in major sites in Western Canada & BC. This project is located about 1h north of Bonnyville, AB.
- You will be required to travel on your own, by vehicle.
