The Role:
As a Talent Manager at SmallScreen, you’ll represent and manage a roster of Influencers in niches ranging from lifestyle and travel to crafts and book commentary, and act as the lead in sourcing, negotiating, and executing their campaigns and projects. Your clients will trust and rely on you to make their dreams a reality, and you’ll be given the tools to make that happen. You’ll work to put your clients in front of some of the biggest brands in the world, developing and presenting unique pitches to build creative and effective campaigns that millions will see worldwide. If you're social, detail-oriented, and a strongly motivated individual who wants to work with some of the biggest creators and brands in the world, you’d be an excellent fit for us.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with your clients by:
- Meeting with them often to build strategies and roadmaps for partnerships.
- Spending the time to get to know them and understand what they're working towards. Understand your creator’s short and long-term goals to assist with brand strategy and develop roadmaps to assist with achieving these goals.
- Guide them on how they can grow their followings by staying updated with the latest trends, news stories, social insights, etc.
- Celebrate their milestones with them. Whether it's reaching 1 million followers or having their first child, you have the opportunity to celebrate these wins with them. Additionally, celebrate your wins with your creators. It's not only a one-sided relationship.
Get them brand deals by:
- Managing and prioritizing brand relationships, building and presenting unique pitches.
- Identify and assist in the signing of new talent.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and expectations with partners on behalf of the talent. Advocating for your clients is the difference maker that sets SmallScreen apart from our competitors. This is achieved by thoroughly reviewing and revising contracts while continually communicating with your clients.
- Work collaboratively with other talent managers to crosspitch clients and strengthen the creators and SmallScreen brand. Leveraging existing SmallScreen connections to strengthen and grow your and your creators' relationships within the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to craft and present pitches to brands in written and presentation formats.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with an understanding of brand contracts.
- Proven track record of account growth, leveraging business diversification and cross-platform pitching to assist client growth.

Pay: $60,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
