Leah Alexandra is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Jewelry Production Assistant to join our Head Office team!
Working closely with our Production Lead and Creative Director, you’ll play an important role in bringing our jewelry to life - from creating and assembling pieces to repairs, alterations, quality control, and preparing orders for our studio, wholesale partners, and online customers.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, precise, and passionate about jewelry-making, with a strong interest in fine wire work and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
- Create, assemble, repair, and alter jewelry according to Leah Alexandra quality standards
- Wire-wrap gemstones and beads using fine wire and pliers
- Assemble jump rings, findings, and other jewelry components
- Pair gemstones and perform detailed quality control
- File, bead, and complete delicate finishing work
- Organize production supplies and maintain an efficient workspace
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
- Communicate clearly with the Production Lead and team about priorities, progress, and training needs
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and order deadlines
- Ensure every piece meets our standards for quality, colour, craftsmanship, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of jewelry production or assembly experience
- Basic jewelry-making experience working with fine wire is a must
- Experience with wire wrapping, bench work, and pliers is strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, colour, quality, and finishing
- Strong eyesight and excellent hand dexterity
- Comfortable working with small, delicate components
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Clear, reliable communication skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- Jewelry production or wire-wrapping experience is a strong asset

Pay: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
