C3m Construction is a medium sized construction company (General Contractor) that specializes in institutional and Commercial projects such as Tenant Improvements and Ground-up construction of government buildings, universities, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants or similar projects.
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and career-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee renovation and new build projects in Vancouver and the surrounding area. The Site Supervisor would be required to manage site related tasks through a variety of customer service, trade management, scheduling, and budget adherence tasks.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and associated drawings
- Operating a safe, secure, and clean worksite
- Interpreting and maintaining project timelines
- Coordination and overseeing of sub trades, suppliers, and on-site labour
- Reviewing completed work and compiling quality control checklists
- Resolving on-site issues with team members and trade partners as they arise
- Working with clients and design teams in order to plan and execute projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications:
- Effective time management skills
- Technical knowledge of the residential construction industry
- Carpentry experience is an asset
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office
- Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable transportation
